1 cup broccoli flowerets,
1 cup corn
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 t. dried thyme
Combine in a pot, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until veggies are tender. Don't drain. Add:
2 c milk
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of potato soup
1 cup shredded cheddar
Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
