27 reasons not to watch this movie (okay, well just a couple will probably suffice):
The main character is totally high strung. She is a controlling, self-martyring, obsessive, overly-sensitive girl. I do NOT want to relate to this character.
The hero, though good-looking, is creepy.
The only way these two hook-up is by getting drunk, etc.
Yeah, not really my idea of good romance. Buh.

there's been a real lack of good romantic comedies lately. the last good one (in my unsolicited opinion) was music and lyrics. i really didn't like 27 dresses either. complete lack of relationship development - that's key for me.
